Questions

What people ask before ordering. If yours is not here, write to [email protected].

What comes in the box?

1,000 pieces, loose and ready to build, in their own box with the artwork printed on the lid. That lid is your reference picture while you work.

Where is it made?

In Germany. Every puzzle is printed, cut and packed to order there, and posted from inside the European Union.

Why does it take so long?

Because nothing is printed until you order it. There is no warehouse and no stock: your board is made for you and for nobody else.

About 8–11 business days: 3 to make it, 5 to 8 in transit. That is the workshop’s estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Where do you ship?

To all 27 countries of the European Union. Within Spain we deliver to the mainland only — not to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If your country is not offered at the checkout, we cannot ship there.

What if something is wrong with it?

Write to [email protected] with your order number, and a photo if you have one. A puzzle that arrives damaged or short of a piece is not what you paid for, and we put it right.

That is the legal guarantee of conformity, and it covers you for three years from delivery (art. 120.1 TRLGDCU).

Can I change my mind?

Yes. 14 days from the day it arrives, and you do not need a reason. You pay the return postage, and we refund within 14 days of hearing from you.

One exception: a puzzle made from your own image is made to your specifications, so it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.c TRLGDCU). The model form, and the rest of the detail, is in the terms.
