What we sell

1000-piece puzzles, 68.8 × 49 cm, printed on gloss-laminated cardboard. They are made to order in a European Union workshop: there is no stock.

Price and delivery cost

The price is shown in the catalogue and again at checkout, in euros, with VAT included. Delivery is charged on top: between €3.99 and €7.99 for the first puzzle depending on destination, plus a smaller amount for each further puzzle in the same order. The exact figure appears in the summary before you pay.

Payment

Card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details: Stripe collects them on its own page.

Delivery

An estimate of about 3 business days in production plus 5–8 business days in transit. It is the workshop’s own estimate, not a guaranteed date. We deliver within the European Union — if your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship to it.

Legal guarantee

If the puzzle does not conform to the contract, you are protected for 3 years from delivery (arts. 114 ff. of the Spanish Consumer Act, TRLGDCU).

Language and complaints

The contract is made in English. Write to hello@trenc.app with any complaint; you can also ask for the official complaint forms and contact your consumer authority. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is no longer operating — it closed on 20 July 2025.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the puzzle to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason (arts. 102 ff. TRLGDCU).

Made-to-order goods

Every puzzle is printed for its order, and that splits in two:

  • A puzzle made with your own image: no withdrawal. Art. 103.c TRLGDCU excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and that applies from the moment you order. It cannot be resold.
  • A catalogue puzzle: withdrawal applies. It is made to order but is not personalised, so your 14 days stand.

How to withdraw

Email hello@trenc.app with your order number, or send this model form:

To Pol Cayuela Rull, hello@trenc.app: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract of sale of the following goods: [describe the item], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Address of consumer: [address]. Date: [date].

Return and refund

You pay the cost of sending the puzzle back (art. 107.2 TRLGDCU). We refund within 14 days of your notice, including the standard delivery cost.

Privacy

Why we hold your data

  • To take, charge, make and deliver your order — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To run your account and sign you in — performance of the contract.
  • To answer your questions and complaints — legitimate interest.
  • To send you news, only if you ask — consent, withdrawable at any time.

Who else sees it

Delivering a puzzle means sharing the delivery details with whoever makes it, and charging it with whoever processes the payment:

  • merchOne (The Customization Group) — makes and ships the puzzle: name, address, email and the image to print.
  • Stripe — charges the order: your email and card details, which never reach our servers.
  • Cloudflare — stores the images.
  • Resend — sends our emails (order confirmation, password reset).
  • Google — only if you sign in with Google, and to rebuild your image at printing resolution.

Some of them are outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long

Order data, for as long as accounting and tax law requires it (6 years). Account data, until you close the account. Images, until you delete the design.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability — write to hello@trenc.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We make no automated decisions about you.

Cookies

Two cookies, and both are necessary: without them there is no basket, no order and no session. No analytics and no advertising, so there is nothing to consent to.
